The busier our lives get, the more important it is to take care of ourselves, and the less time we have to do it. In my own quest to keep myself in shape mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually, I developed the Insight Self-Improvement Timer to keep me on track. It’s designed to be simple and flexible and yet amazingly powerful when added to a daily self-improvement or self-maintenance regimen.

We all know how hard it is to focus on a task, when we have to keep one eye on the clock. Some days you have more time than others to complete your routine. With the Insight Self-improvement Timer you can quickly adjust the length and/or number of repetitions to keep you within your time constraints. You simply select the appropriate sound, time, and number of repetitions from the setup panel, and it does the rest. Once you start using it, you’ll find its uses are limited only by your imagination.

Self-Hypnosis For those of you practicing 7th Path, use the Insight Self-Improvement Timer to keep your daily routine on schedule. Simply choose one of the many soothing signal sounds, enter the length of time to spend on each recognition, and the number of recognitions. This allows you to easily adjust the amount of time you spend in trance.
Meditation/Prayer Use the timer to refocus your meditation when your mind wanders, or use it to signal a new subject, affirmation, or mantra.
Exercise Whether you’re doing yoga, Pilates, strength training, circuit-training, or stretching, you can keep your workout on track with the Insight Self-Improvement Timer. Set the interval and number of reps desired.
Ergonomics You can even use the Insight Self-improvement Timer at your desk to signal when you should change tasks, or positions to reduce strain and fatigue.
